Ordinance on competent authorities under the Federal Mining Law.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Law of 13. August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes the competent authority responsible for the execution of the Federal Mining Act. The text consists of 4 articles.
