This Decision establishes technical standards, characteristics and minimum conditions for examining pea ("Pisum Sativum" var. Arvense) plant varieties. It prescribes the official methods of testing such varieties which shall be included in the National Register of plant varieties, only after a two-year period of satisfactory testing.
