These Regulations lay down some amendments to the Framework for the Setting of Ecodesign Requirements for Energy-Using Products Regulations. The amended provisions deal with specific definitions (such as energy-related product and recovery), the declaration of conformity and the conformity assessment procedures. Schedule I is replaced by the text in regulation 11 hereto, which regards th method for setting generic ecodesign requirements.
