This Act makes provision with respect to government assistance for enterprises approved under section 3 of this Act by the Governor as a small enterprise. The Governor shall appoint a registrar of small enterprises and the Governor shall appoint a Small Enterprise Incentives Committee. Only registered enterprises shall receive incentives. The Registrar shall monitor and inspect the operations of all small enterprises that have been granted incentives.
