Act implementing International Convention on the Establishment of an International Fund for Compensation for Oil Pollution Damage (Oil Pollution Compensation Fund Act).

This Act makes provision in relation with enforcement, compensation, reporting, collection of moneys, etc. for purposes of implementing provisions of the International Convention on the Establishment of an International Fund for Compensation for Oil Pollution Damage.
