Commission Decision 2010/681/EU concerning a questionnaire for Member States reports on the implementation of Council Directive 1999/13/EC on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of organic solvents in certain activities and installations during the period 2011-2013.

This Decision sets out the questionnaire to be used by Member States for the purposes of drawing up the report, covering the period from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2013, to be submitted to the Commission pursuant to article 11(1) of Directive 1999/13/EC.
