These Regulations, made under the Public Health Act 2004, prescribe forms for: (application for) a sewage construction permit, an Abbreviated Wastewater Design Report, a request for a sewage system inspection and other documents to be made pursuant to the Public Health (Sewage) Regulations 2008.
