European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations, 2010 (S.I. No. 344 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 by transposing the amendments to Annex I of Council Directive 91/414/EEC as regards an extension of the use of the active substance penconazole and by including the certain active substances into that Annex.
