The present Ordinance implements the Ordinance implementing the EEC vineyard clearing programme of 18 September 2008 (BGBl. I p. 1849). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the clearing of vine yards. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Grant of clearing premium (1); Application proceedings (2); Clearance obligation (3); Entry into force, repeal (4).
