The present Regulation enacts the Clean Energy Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the “AltaGas Northwest Projects Umbrella Agreement”, the agreement, dated 28 May 2010, between Coast Mountain Hydro Limited Partnership and the transmission corporation. The text consists of 4 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Northwest Transmission Line (2); Agreement with pulp and paper customers (3); Exemption (4).
