Emergency Powers and Planning (Competent Authority) (Food) (Jersey) Act 1991.

This Act designates the Minister for Economic Development as the competent authority in relation to food for the purposes of article 8 of the Emergency Powers and Planning (Jersey) Law 1990. Article 8 of that Law defines powers of the competent authority in relation to food in case of an emergency.
