The present Regulation enacts the Water Protection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the reduction of phosphorus in water. Section 2 establishes that for the purpose of reducing the risk to human health, subsection 8.1(1) of the Act does not apply to the items listed in this section. The text consists of 3 sections.
