General Regulation – Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act (N.B. Reg. 2001-89).
The present Regulation enacts the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act. Section 3 establishes that for the purposes of the Act, the province is divided into eleven regions. The Regulations consists of 6 sections.
