Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Regulations 2006.
These Regulations, consisting of 6 sections completed by three Schedules, prescribe offences under a provision of an Act or regulations as specified in Schedule 2 and the penalties applicable to those offences.
