This Ministerial Decree sets up state enterprise for aquaculture Acvacultura-Moldova and to allocate thereto public lakes. It also establishes that technological use of lakes for aquaculture and fishfarming shall be carried out by legal persons in accordance with contracts concluded thereby with state enterprise for aquaculture Acvacultura-Moldova . Annex 1 contains the list of public lakes, Annex 2 contains the form of model contract for lease of waterworks for aquaculture and fishfarming purposes and Annex 3 contains the form of deed of transfer of waterworks in accordance with lease contract.
