The purpose of this Notification is to determine the standards of food production and good manufacturing practices to protect consumer health and for a fair internal and international trade. The Notification also implies the rules and procedures of appropriate technical and hygienic production, processing, storage, handling, packaging, marketing, sampling and analysis methods.
