This Law governs the inspection duties of the State Inspectorate, organizational units, rights, duties and powers of inspectors and other issues of importance to the work of the State Inspectorate, supervising the application of laws and other regulations governing the relations between employers and employees, including gender issues. The State Inspectorate carries out inspection activities relating to conducting surveillance and implementing regulations, commerce and services, labor and occupational safety, electric power, mining, pressure equipment, billing, collection and payment of a fee, catering and services in tourism.
