This Decision approves the adjusted master plan on storm-sheltering anchorage zones for fishing ships to meet fishing ships’ needs for storm sheltering anchorage and logistic services and to ensure higher use effectiveness of the storm-shelter whether storms appear or not. The Decision further provides for: classification and construction criteria of storm-sheltering anchorage zones based on the natural characteristic and fishermen’s practices; planning on the system of storm-sheltering anchorage zones; solutions for management and implementation of the master plan; environmental protection activities and intensification, inspection, control and administrative sanctioning of polluting acts; etc.
