Ministerial Joint Decree No. 102569 defining forest services of phytosanitary control within the Decentralised Administration, phytosanitary controlling officers and determining their duties.

The Decree establishes forest services for phytosanitary controls as laid down in the Annex to this Decree. It also defines the duties and responsibilities of phytosanitary controlling officers so as to apply forestry legislation regarding forest plants and products as well as on other pertaining subjects regarding the forestry sector.
