The present Act concerns livestock loans, i.e. loans made to farmers for the purpose of purchasing animals. Under section 2, the Minister may pay to a lender the amount of loss sustained by it as a result of a livestock loan and the requirements for such payments are set out. The text consists of 9 sections.
