The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce various EU-directives concerning subsidies for seeds.Article 2 establishes that the Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food is entrusted with the enactment of the present Ordinance. The text – consisting of 9 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, competence, requirements for granting of subsidies, registration, application forms, duty to register and conserve and entry into force.
