This Decree, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, approves the 7th Plan for sea resources – VII PSRM, defining the general guidelines for the maritime sector with the aim of addressing the development of the activities directed to an effective use, exploitation of maritime resources. The Plan is structured in the following 8 Chapters: Maritime resources, living resources, non-living resources, objectives, programmes under the Federal Government’s Multi-annual Plan, Supporting measures, priority research areas.
