This Order, consisting of 6 articles, creates the Executive Committee for the Prospection and Exploitation Programme of Mineral Resources within the International South Atlantic and Equatorial Area (PROAREA). This Committee, which is under the Ministry of Sea, is entitled to give advice and carry out management and control activities regarding the sector of mineral exploitation.
