Decree on infringements and irregularities found by Member States pursuant to article 92.2 of Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 notified through the OFIS European information system.

This Decree sets out detailed provisions concerning irregularities and infringements found by the Italian authorities regarding the application of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 concerning the production and labelling of organic products, and notified through the OFIS European information system.
