The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of the Aircraft Noise Act in its version of 31 October 2007 (BGBl. I p. 2551). In particular, the Ordinance designates the authorities responsible in the State of Bade-Württemberg for the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Aircraft Noise Act. The text consists of 3 articles.
