National Gas (ACT) Act, 2008.

This Act concerns access rights to the pipeline system for natural gas. The Act provides for the application in the Australian Capital Territory of the National Gas Law and for the conferral of powers on the Commonwealth Minister and the Commonwealth bodies to do acts in the Australian Capital Territory.
