This Regulation changes and adds provisions of the article 3 of the Regulation on the catch, cultivation and trade of tuna (thunnus thynnus), swordfish (xiphias gladius) and needleloom (tetrapturus belone) (Official Gazette 26/11, 31/11, 53/11). Changes are related to new definitions regarding the tuna fishing quotes. This Regulation also provides for a new Annex XV, that substitutes the previous one, as an integral part of the Regulation on the catch, cultivation and trade of tuna (thunnus thynnus), swordfish (xiphias gladius) and needleloom (tetrapturus belone) (Official Gazette 26/11, 31/11, 53/11).
