This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of qualitative and quantitative registration of grain, including acceptance, weighing, cleaning, drying, storage and shipment at grain-processing enterprises. Its consists of 10 Sections dealing with: (1) general provisions; (2) acceptance of incoming grain; (3) calculation of accredited physical weight of grain; (4) registration of cleaning and drying of grain; (5) registration of processing and thrashing of corn on the cob; (6) registration of shipment of grain; (7) keeping of qualitative and quantitative records of grain; (8) cleaning of storage facilities; (9) dispute settlement; and (10) conclusive provisions.
