This Regulation changes various provisions of articles 2, 5, 6 an 8 of the Regulation on measures to prevent the introduction and spread of red palm pipe-rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Official Gazette 35/09). This Regulation also changes the provisions prescribed in the Annexes I and II of the Regulation on measures to prevent the introduction and spread of red palm pipe-rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Official Gazette 35/09). Major changes are related to the general definitions, technical requirements, official controls and data collection standards, security method application duties and standards. New reprinted sections of the Annexes I and II are an integral part of this Regulation.
