Executive Decree nominating the Office responsible for protection of waters against pollution.

The present Decree implements the Law relating to the Federal Water Protection Act of 2 April 1975. Article 1 establishes that the Environment Office is the competent authority in respect of water pollution. The text consist of 4 articles.
