Regulation amending Regulation concerning detailed requirements of production and quality of seed material (Journal of Laws 2010 No. 56 Pos. 347).

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down certain derogations in relation to the conservation in situ and the sustainable use of plant genetic resources. This Regulation amends Annex 2 specifying detailed requirements for production and quality of seed potatoes.
