This Regional Decree shall not be applicable to waterbodies allocated to natural and legal persons for fishfarming, pond farming and also to located in protected fishing areas. Artisanal and sport fishing shall be granted to all natural persons in waterbodies provided observance of this Regulation. Organization of artisanal and sport fishing by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs shall be subject to licensing. Total number of fish hooks for one fisherman shall not exceed 5. Acclimatization and breeding of new fish species without prior fishing inspection consent shall be prohibited. Fishing with prohibited fishing gear and prohibited fishing methods shall be prohibited. Total daily catch shall be established 5 kg of precious fish species for person. Catch of endangered and rare species shall be prohibited.
