This Ministerial Decree validates the list of pests subject to combating and the rules for combating them. Arrangements for combating pests shall include: (a) phytosanitary monitoring of hotbeds; (b) purchase, storage and delivery of pesticides in-situ; and (c) chemical treatment of hotbeds. Phytosanitary (chemical) treatment of pests shall be carried out with pesticides (chemicals) authorized for application on the national territory.
