Order No. 755 on notification in adherence to article 19b of the Nature Conservation Act, and article 17 of the Forest Act.

The Order applies to the requirement of a written notification when implementing conservation activities on internationally protected areas. The notification shall be submitted to the municipal council for an assessment of the planning objectives and their effect on Natura 2000 project objectives.
