This Law changes various provisions of articles 40 and 61 of the Law on Forest Reproductive Material (Official Gazette 75/09). This Law also cancels the provisions of the article 54 of the Law on Forest Reproductive Material (Official Gazette 75/09). Major changes are related to the inspection requirements and official complains.
