The present Regulation enforces the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 (S.O. 1998, c.15, Sch.B). In particular, the Regulation repeals the Consumer Protection Regulation (O. Reg. 200/02) and the Reaffirmation of Contracts Regulation (O. Reg. 476/05). The text consists of 2 sections.
