Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for the year 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for redfish in NAFO 3M area by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain as from 24 August 2012. Moreover it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
