This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of the organization of management of wild fauna species subject to hunting populating regional protected areas. It shall not be applicable to regulation of the number of wild fauna species. Rates, quotas and limits of the removal of wild fauna species shall be set forth by the authorized state regional environmental institution. Hunting licences shall be issued for wild fauna species populating regional protected areas where artisanal and sport hunting are permitted.
