Decree on the General Drainage Plan (General Drainage Plan).

The present Decree enforces the Law on water protection of 18 April 1994. The General Drainage Plan is the basis for an appropriate water quality protection and a purposeful urban drainage in the communities. In particular, article 2 establishes that at the basis of the General Drainage Plan are six status reports by the communities.
