Ports Security (Amendment) Regulations, 2012 (L.N. 329 of 2012).

These provisions lay down some amendments and addenda to the Ports Security Regulations. They add new Fifth Schedule, which concerns ship pre-arrival security information for all ships prior to entry into the port of a European Union Member State.
