This Act amends the Bermuda Small Business Development Corporation Act 1980 in relation with, among other things: continuation into existence of the Bermuda Small Business Development Corporation as the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation; functions and duties of the Corporation, in particular with respect to the development and implementation of the economic empowerment zones and medium-sized businesses; the making of loans by the Corporation; and matters of administration of the Corporation.
