Regulation on the conditions under which derogation from certain provisions is authorised then introducing plants of Vitis L., other than fruits, originating in the Republic of Macedonia.

This Regulation lays down the conditions under which derogation from provisions laid down in article 17, paragraph 1 of the Plant Health Act (Official Gazette 75/05), with regard to List III, Part A, item 15 of the Regulation on measures against the introduction and spread of organisms harmful to plants, plant products and other regulated objects, and measures to control these organisms (Official Gazette 74/06), when introducing plants of Vitis L, other than fruits, intended for grafting and originating in the Republic of Macedonia. The responsible official body shall provide the European Commission and the other Member States with: a) the information on the quantities of plants imported pursuant to this Regulation; b) a detailed technical report on the phytosanitary inspections referred to in item 6 of Annex to this Regulation. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
