Decree implementing Directive 2010/72/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include spinosad as an active substance in Annex I thereto.
This Decree includes spinosad in the list of active substances that may be contained in biocidal products, according to the conditions prescribed in the Annex.
