Regulation on the methods and terms for calculation and payment of the special environmental fees and charges for motor vehicles.

This Regulation prescribes the manner and terms used for the correct calculation of fees and charges to be paid as special environmental charge for motor vehicles. Special environmental charge for motor vehicle is a national environmental fee to be paid in accordance with the Regulation on charges, corrective coefficients and detailed criteria and standards for determining the environment fee for motor vehicles (Official Gazette 2/2004) and on the basis of a decision adopted by the Fund for environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency.
