The present Regulation is enacted under the Regional Waste Management Authorities Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes the "Evergreen Environmental Technologies Corporation" as a regional waste management authority. The Board is to operate a waste site on land with the legal description indicated in section 5. The text consists of 8 sections.
