This Decree approves the Code of Industrial Property. This Code, consisting of 5 Titles, establishes the special regime of rights and obligations related to the industrial property through the concession of intellectual property licence and patent for inventions, utility model and register of merchandise, industrial design, fabric trade mark, commercial name, denomination of origin, geographical indication, logo, etc. The Code is divided as follows: General Part (Title I); Regime of right of industrial property (Title II); Offences and penalties (Title III); Taxes (Title IV); Publication on the industrial property (Title V).
