This Norm establishes the classification and the Technical Regulation of Malted barley. This Regulation, consisting of 7 Chapters and 1 Annex, specifies official classification patterns, pre- and post-harvest quality standards and requirements, sampling controls, presentation and labeling standards, and all activities related to the classification of this product, including international trade conditions.
