Regional Law No. 229 “On exceptional case of timber extraction in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species”.

This Regional Law establishes exceptional of timber extraction in accordance with purchase and sale contracts of forest species. Exceptional cases of timber extraction shall be considered timber extraction in the process of mitigation of the consequences of natural and technological disasters resulting in destruction and (or) deterioration of sanitary state of forests and forest species.
