Fee Schedule on special use of public waters.

The present Schedule implements the Waterwork Law of 30 January 1979. In particular, the Schedule lays down provisions relating to special use of public waters, such as buildings, anchoring of vessels, removal of material. The text consists of 18 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Fees for individual special use of public water (I); General provisions (II); Final provisions (III).
