This Decree, consisting of 7 Titles, approves the Regulation of the State Policy on Environmental Resources Management. This Regulation establishes requirements and necessary measures to protect the environment as a common property of the population, essential for a good quality of life to be guaranteed and safeguarded through protecting and monitoring measures and environmental planning for a rational use of natural resources and for guaranteeing environmental quality standards to next generations.
